CANCELLATION POLICY
You acknowledge the understanding that you are given a 10 minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. Given the circumstances you are late you will be charged an additional $15 fee. After 15 minutes late your appointment will be considered cancelled. You are responsible for 75% of service fee that will be charged to the card on file. When the policy becomes abused the company have the right to refuse further services. Same day rescheduling will be subject to a $15 rescheduling fee.
